Carpentry
- Door and hardware installation (wood, aluminum, metal, glass)
- Finishing Carpentry- mouldings and millwork
- FRP installation

- Residential renovation
Site Supervision
- Manage the daily activities on the construction project
- Provide level 1 First aid and maintain a clean, organized and safe job site at all times
- Coordinate trades and schedule activities to meet or
exceed the construction schedule
- Ensure works are performed to meet or exceed specifications
- Coordinating rental of specialty tools or equipment
required to complete the project
- Communicating with Project managers/ Owners and
keeping daily logs of activities, man counts and job site diary
- Procurement of consumables and small material loads
- Quality Control
Carpentry services Hourly rate: - 2hrs minimum charge @$200
- 4hrs block @ $400
- $80/hr after the first 4 hours
Site Supervision/Consultation Hourly rate: $70 - $100/hr
For project schedules exceeding one month, an option of flat fee can be provided.

Design & Build
H.I with our In-house Architect and Interior Design team combines the design and construction delivery into 1 streamline process. Quote to be varied upon details.
